How Often Should JP Group Car Shock Absorbers Be Replaced?

Vehicle shock absorbers are usually recommended to be replaced every 60,000 to 100,000 kilometers of driving. However, the exact time of replacement also depends on driving habits, road conditions and the vehicle's load. If the vehicle is frequently driven on uneven roads or is heavily loaded for long periods of time, the shock absorbers will wear out faster and may need to be replaced sooner. The exact frequency of replacement also depends on several factors:

①Driving conditions: If the vehicle is frequently driven on rough roads or used in extreme weather conditions, the shock absorbers will wear faster and may need to be replaced more frequently.

②Driving style: If the vehicle is driven aggressively, with frequent hard braking or hard acceleration, the shock absorbers will also wear out faster.

③Vehicle weight: Vehicles that are heavily loaded have higher demands on the shock absorbers and may require more frequent replacement.

④Routine maintenance: Regular inspection and maintenance can extend the service life of the shock absorber. If problems such as oil leakage, abnormal sound or weakened effect are found, the shock absorbers should be replaced as soon as possible.

Therefore, it is recommended to regularly check the condition of the vehicle's shock absorbers and decide on the frequency of replacement in light of actual usage.
